Place Meal in oven and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked (heated above 75°C).
Microwave
Remove lid, label, and dressing/side container from meal (OPTION: Add contents of protein portion to meal).
Cover meal with microwave-safe material.
Place meal in microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes (based on 1200W microwave) or until fully cooked (heated above 75°C).
