HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooktop (Preferred)

  1. Remove lid and dressing/side container from meal (OPTION: Add contents of protein portion to meal).
  2. Heat Wok or Pan over high heat.
  3. Stir-fry meal with sauce for approximately 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked (Heated above 75°C).

Microwave

  1. Remove lid, label, and dressing/side container from meal (OPTION: Add contents of protein portion to meal).
  2. Cover meal with microwave-safe material.
  3. Place meal in microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes (based on 1200W microwave) or until fully cooked (heated above 75°C).
